JMEC was structural consultant for structural evaluations, preparing evaluation reports, structural design and providing expert witness for City's legal defense team.  The scope included reviewing as-built records and performing structural evaluations for a shopping complex located at 3360 San Pablo Dam Road, including the 59,000 sf Raley's Market and retaining walls.  The scope also included identifying probable causes of structural distress and serving as expert witness for the City's legal team.
